Let Lars, your Professional Life Coach, help you…

...
build a road map outlining the things in your life that are important to you. Together we will articulate your values and how you define success. This will be the compass that guides all decisions and actions. Think about your life as a journey, with you – no one else – the captain of your ship. Any ship’s captain knows that being able to navigate, efficiently and effectively, is vital not only to survival, but to the quality of the voyage! "Everyone has a future- choose to plan yours!"

Coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize our approach to the individual client's needs and to elicit solutions and strategies from the client. We believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful and that our job is to support your efforts. While we provide feedback and an objective perspective, you, the client, is responsible for taking the steps to produce the result you desire by basing your decisions on Values such as independence, pride, providing for family, accomplishment, achievement, balance, making a difference, fulfillment, spiritual attainment, inner peace, and self-worth. Your core values may comprise a completely different list. Of course, there are no wrong answers. Your answer is the right one.

...make time to embark on the journey that, based on your Values, Milestones and Goals will bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be so you can enjoy the tangible payoff of reaching your goals and the emotional payoff of experiencing your values.

Everyone has a future- choose to plan yours.
Identifying your values will help you create a plan that not only looks good on paper but also makes you want to follow through. It inspires you because you have answered the question "What's important about Success to you?". We stress "to you" because success, like values, mean different things to different people. For some it's financial security, for others an opportunity to be home with your kids, and still others something entirely different. Your core values may comprise a completely different list. Of course, there are no wrong answers- Your answer is the right one- for you.

Your Life Roadmap
I will help you draw your Life Roadmap, guiding you through the changes you will make and the direction you will take, defining where you are today, where you want to be in the future, and what's the best route to get there.
