My 5-step Values-Based Coaching Process is your Road Map to Success:
-
In Step 1 we start by establishing your objectives and values using your PIAV™ (Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Assessment). (click here for a flyer) Together we will build a road map outlining the things in your life that are important to you and articulate your values and how you define success.
In Step 2, we will choose one or more of the following tools to learn more about what moves you into action.
Once we have an identified your values and analyzed your assessments together, we will, in Step 3, develop your Roadmap. The plan uses your values as a compass, and covers such areas as self- perception vs. other's perception, your natural and adopted style of dealing with problems, people, and work assignments etc.*Relationship Insights

We then implement your plan in Step 4. The process may take days, months or even years – in stages or all at once – each situation is unique. The most important thing is that we, together, implement the plan. Many people don’t, and then wonder why they fail…
For your plan to work we need to re-visit it on a regular basis. It is important to make sure it still meets your objectives and as your circumstances change.
By using cyber coaching, tele-coaching, and by meeting face-to-face, I will keep you on track, answer your questions, and discuss your concerns. (Step 5)

Over a lifetime, most people experience many different financial needs that can be summarized into three stages: risk management, wealth accumulation, and wealth preservation and distribution.
Risk Management is about making sure you and your family are protected from the financial impact of becoming sick, disabled, or the financial consequences of a premature death in the family (Group Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and Life Insurance).
Wealth Accumulation includes the need for retirement plans, 401ks, IRA's, college education, and other savings for a special occasion or purchase.
The last stage, Wealth Preservation & Distribution covers important areas such as your estate plan.
